Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In May 2025, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs Walt Disney World Sprinkles locations, at your local Sprinkles, and online will be:
Berries & Cream Cupcake – Pie crust lined blueberry studded vanilla cake filled with blueberry pie filling and topped with vanilla buttercream and lilac sugar crystals (Available from April 28th to May 18th)
Margarita Cupcake – Key lime cake with tequila infused margarita frosting and a sea salt rim (Available from April 28th to May 11th)
Strawberry Shortcake Bar Cupcake – Vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam and topped with strawberry buttercream frosting and homemade strawberry shortcake crumble (Available from May 5th to May 25th)

Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcake – Pineapple cake filled with caramelized pineapple and topped with pineapple buttercream and a pineapple decoration (Available from May 12th to June 1st)
German Chocolate Cupcake – Light chocolate cake topped with fresh coconut and crunchy pecans laced with caramel (Available from May 26th to June 15th)
