Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop has a location at Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. May features a new series, The Cookbook Series, featuring five ice cream flavors from the newly released cookbook from Salt & Straw’s co-founder, Tyler Malek. America's Most Iconic Ice Creams Cookbook includes more than 75 ice cream recipes based around ten classic flavors. Vanilla Custard with Butterscotch Swirls – Vanilla custard ice cream with housemade butterscotch drizzle made from brown sugar, butter, and a splash of scotch
Chocolate Chili Crisp Peanut Butter Cups – Milk chocolate ice cream with folded in smashed homemade peanut butter cups with Fly By Jing’s Sichuan-style chili crisps in natural peanut butter layered between slabs of chocolate and swirls of peanut butter marshmallow fluff

Strawberry Tres Leches – Strawberry ice cream made with roasted macerated strawberries with vanilla and cinnamon spiced tres leches cake soaked in three types of milk and swirls of strawberry jam
Matcha Matcha Man – Matcha green tea ice cream with a bright fruity note brought out by tangerine juice
Inspired by the late legendary teamaker Steven Smith and made with ceremonial-grade matcha
Coffee Chamomile Sherbet – Vegan – Coffee cold brew coconut cream and oat milk sherbet seeped with chamomile
Made with Colombian Nariño beans from Roseline Coffee (Portland, OR)
