Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop has a location at Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. June features the return of a popular summer series, The Summer Pies Series, featuring five new and returning ice cream flavors themed to pies. Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie – Salted vanilla ice cream with folded in wild berry pie filling and bits of double-baked pie crust
Wild berries include huckleberries and local blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries harvested from Mt. Baker in Washington in partnership with Tom LaMonte and Northwest Wild Foods
Rhubarb Crumble with Toasted Anise – Vanilla ice cream streaked with rhubarb and strawberry jam and topped with toasted anise pie crumble
Coconut Cherry Pie with Almond Crust – Vegan – Coconut cream ice cream with folded in sour cherry pie filling made with red tart cherries and a splash of amaretto and shortbread almond crust
Returning flavor with a new vegan update
Wildflower Honey and Lemon Chess Pie – Cultured frozen yogurt sweetened with wildflower honey, folded in lemon chess pie made of ricotta, vanilla, honey, and lemon in a shortbread crust, and topped with a drizzle of housemade lemon curd

Gruyère and Tomato Custard Tart – Salt & pepper custard ice cream with morsels of gruyère cheese and tomato jam baked flaky pie crust pieces
