Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop has a location at Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. August features the new series, The Farmer’s Market Series, including five new and returning ice cream flavors featuring fresh ingredients you might find at the farmer’s market. The Farmer’s Market Series is available in scoop shops beginning on August 1st through August 28th. Salt & Straw also has a new summer cone, the Strawberry Shortcake Waffle Cone. Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread – Spiced chocolate chip ice cream with chunks of chocolate zucchini bread and aromatic spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove
Peach Jam Miso Blondies – Vegan & Gluten-Free – Toasted coconut cream ice cream with chunks of white miso butterscotch blondies and a swirl of peach jam with citrus and basil
Tomato Gelato with Olive Brittle – Gluten-Free – Tomato gelato made with crushed tomatoes, buttery Arbequina olive oil, and lemon zest with crunchy chunks of dehydrated olive caramelized butter brittle
Melon and Prosciutto – Gluten-free – Candied prosciutto ice cream with a swirl of cantaloupe ice cream
Pickled Cucumber Sorbet – Vegan & Gluten-Free – Grillo’s Pickles brine sorbet with fresh puréed cucumber and dill
