June Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for June 2025 featuring new cookies and cake slices every week. This month, weekly cookies and cake slices will rotate, running from Sunday through Saturday with limited cake slices available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Rainbow Crunch cake is also available twice a week for Pride Month on Friday and Sunday. The Cookeis & Cream Nitro Cold Brew is returning for June.
June merchandise will be released mid-month. 2025 marks the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is celebrating the milestone with the Year of the Gargoyle, telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year and having monthly festivities. In June, the gargoyle merchandise for the month features a summer edition pin. The art print, t-shirt, sticker, and menu art this month feature a new character, Gilbert. Gideon’s also has a new beach blanket and beverage sleeve and returning merchandise including the By the Beautiful Sea Candle, Pride t-shirt, and parasol.

Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie — Classic chocolate chip cookie and vanilla bean dough with homemade salted caramel and coconut cream, topped with shaved toasted coconut (Available from June 1st through June 7th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Mint Cookies & Cream Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with mint leaf oil and filled and topped with Double Stuff Oreos and Andes Mint pieces (Available from June 8th through June 14th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

June merchandise features the Year of the Gargoyle, the year-long celebration of Águbadijádzs in honor of the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs.
