July Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for July 2025 featuring an updated cookie and cake slice through July 15th with new treats and merchandise to be announced mid-month. From July 1st to July 15th, the cookie and cake slice flavor are Rocky Road, with the limited cake slice available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The July menu also features the Flavors of Florida offerings including a Key Lime Ice Box Pie and Lemonade Nitro Cold Brew.
July merchandise will be released on the 1st and 16th this month. 2025 marks the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is celebrating the milestone with the Year of the Gargoyle, telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year and having monthly festivities. In July, the gargoyle merchandise for the month features a Popsocket and sunset edition pin. A new Bonnie Brae candle and air freshener are also available. Additional merchandise will be released on July 16th.

July Cake Slices
This month features the Rocky Road Cake! The Limited Edition Special cake slice is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at both locations. The cakes are also available as a whole cake preorder for the East End Market location only.

July Merchandise
July merchandise features the Year of the Gargoyle, the year-long celebration of Águbadijádzs in honor of the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. The merchandise for the month features the Gargoyle on a popsocket and a pin in sunset colors. This month’s merchandise also includes the new Bonnie’s Lemon Grove candle and Bonnie’s Lemon Cookie air freshener. Additional merchandise will arrive on July 16th.
