July Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for July 2025 featuring an updated cookie and cake slice through July 15th with new treats and merchandise to be announced mid-month. From July 1st to July 15th, the limited-time cookie is Rocky Road, and from July 16th to July 31st, the limited-time cookie is Sea Turtle. The monthly limited-time cake slice is Rocky Road, available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The July menu also features the Flavors of Florida offerings including a Key Lime Ice Box Pie and Lemonade Nitro Cold Brew.
July merchandise will be released on the 1st and 16th this month. 2025 marks the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is celebrating the milestone with the Year of the Gargoyle, telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year and having monthly festivities. In July, the gargoyle merchandise for the month features a Popsocket, sunset edition pin, and collectible coin. A new Bonnie Brae candle and air freshener are also available. Additional merchandise for July includes an Enoch & Eloise Beach House t-shirt, sticker set, and signed art print and Reginald Ridley sea turtle charity t-shirt, tank top, and print and sticker set with proceeds going to the Sea Turtle Conservancy.

This month features the Rocky Road Cake! The Limited Edition Special cake slice is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at both locations. The cakes are also available as a whole cake preorder for the East End Market location only.

July Merchandise
July merchandise features the Year of the Gargoyle, the year-long celebration of Águbadijádzs in honor of the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. The merchandise for the month features the Gargoyle on a popsocket, a pin in sunset colors, and a dark version collectible coin. This month’s merchandise also includes the new Bonnie’s Lemon Grove candle and Bonnie’s Lemon Cookie air freshener. Additional merchandise arrived on July 16th and July 19th. The July 16th merchandise features new sibling characters Enoch and Eloise enjoying a summer day at the beach on a signed art print, t-shirt, and sticker set.
