August Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for August 2025 featuring the return of the limited time cookie and updated cake slice, Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch cookie and the Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cake. Returning this month is Stuart’s Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew coffee. The August menu also features the Flavors of Florida offerings including a Key Lime Ice Box Pie and Lemonade Nitro Cold Brew, available until August 10th.
The August merchandise and menu are themed to a new character, Prince Cassius Sizlecroft, who will be featured on the menu and an open edition pre-order signed art print and black wash shirt. 2025 marks the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is celebrating the milestone with the Year of the Gargoyle, telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year and having monthly festivities. In August, the gargoyle merchandise for the month features a Peridot edition pin. Additional merchandise includes the return of Butterscotch’s Butterscotch candle and a new spinning Jonathan Lindwurm pin.

August Cake Slices
This month features the Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cake! The Limited Edition Special cake slice is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at both locations. The cakes are also available as a whole cake preorder for the East End Market location only.
