EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival – Garden Graze Food Stroll 2026
Garden Graze is back for EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
There are nine plant-based offerings for the Garden Graze Food Stroll - check them out below! To participate, you’ll need to pick up a Festival Passport. Then visit Garden Graze Outdoor Kitchen locations and purchase a sweet or savory treat for a stamp in your passport. Once you receive five stamps, bring your passport to Pineapple Promenade to receive an exclusive prize.
Garden Graze can be completed in one day or throughout the whole festival. You can choose five different items from the nine offerings, or five of the same item- or any variation on five items, as long as you get five stamps in your passport. Don’t forget to ask for stamps! I’ve forgotten a few times and had to go back up with my receipt and Festival Passport. We will be trying all the new items on Garden Graze this year - stay tuned for updates on this post with our festival vlogs and food reviews!
